1. About Best App Studio Services

Best App Studio develops and provides digital products across multiple categories, including:

• educational and examination-preparation applications;
• DMV knowledge-test preparation applications;
• diet and nutrition applications;
• weight-management applications;
• calorie and water-tracking applications;
• lifestyle and general wellness applications;
• smoking-cessation and habit-tracking applications;
• face-fitness and self-care applications;
• religious, fasting, recipe, and informational applications;
• websites and web-based services;
• other applications and digital services developed in the future.

Individual Services may contain additional instructions, disclosures, subscription conditions, or functionality specific to that Service.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

Individual applications may have different or higher age ratings depending on their content, features, applicable law, or platform requirements.

If you are not legally capable of agreeing to these Terms on your own, your use of the Services must be authorized by a parent, guardian, or other person legally entitled to provide such authorization where required by applicable law.

3. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Best App Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the applicable Service for your personal and lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Service or any intellectual property rights to you.

Your right to use an application may also be subject to the terms of the platform through which the application was distributed, including Apple's App Store terms where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

To the extent prohibited by applicable law or not expressly authorized by Best App Studio, you may not:

• copy or redistribute substantial portions of a Service;
• sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit a Service;
• reproduce or distribute proprietary application content without authorization;
• remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure;
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of a Service;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful technical mechanisms;
• use a Service to violate the rights of another person;
• use a Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• circumvent access controls, purchase systems, subscription controls, or security features.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits activities that applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding contractual restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, software, design, graphics, interfaces, text, databases, logos, trademarks, application structure, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Best App Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Services is transferred to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, governmental materials, or other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Educational and DMV Applications

Educational applications, including DMV examination-preparation applications, are provided as study and practice tools.

Best App Studio may make reasonable efforts to provide useful, current, and accurate educational information, but laws, regulations, examination procedures, official questions, governmental policies, and licensing requirements may change.

Our educational applications are not official governmental applications unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to DMV agencies, government authorities, examination systems, regulations, or external governmental materials do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval by those authorities unless expressly stated.

Users remain responsible for consulting current official sources where definitive legal, licensing, or examination information is required.

7. Health, Diet, Nutrition and Wellness Services

Certain Services provide information or functionality relating to:

• diet;
• nutrition;
• calorie tracking;
• weight management;
• hydration;
• physical activity;
• general wellness;
• face fitness;
• self-massage;
• smoking cessation;
• habit tracking;
• other lifestyle activities.

Information, calculations, recommendations, estimates, reminders, progress indicators, calorie values, weight-related values, hydration estimates, exercise information, or similar content provided by a Service are intended for informational, educational, lifestyle, self-help, or general wellness purposes.

They are not intended to replace consultation with a physician, dietitian, therapist, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making decisions that may materially affect your health, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, experience symptoms, or have concerns about your health.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care solely because of information provided through a Best App Studio Service.

8. Smoking Cessation Applications

Smoking-cessation Services may provide tracking, motivational, informational, progress, goal-setting, or habit-management functionality.

Such Services do not guarantee that a user will stop smoking or remain smoke-free.

Estimated health progress, financial savings, milestones, or other calculated values may be approximate and depend on information supplied by the user.

Users requiring medical assistance with nicotine dependence, withdrawal symptoms, medication, or cessation treatment should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

9. Face Fitness and Exercise Content

Face-fitness, self-massage, exercise, and general wellness content is provided for informational and self-care purposes.

Individual results vary, and Best App Studio does not guarantee cosmetic, physical, therapeutic, medical, or other particular results.

Users are responsible for determining whether an exercise or activity is appropriate for them and should stop an activity if they experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, injury, or other concerning symptoms.

The live front-camera functionality that may be available in face-fitness applications is intended only to allow the user to observe themselves while performing exercises or self-massage.

10. Religious, Fasting and Recipe Content

Religious, prayer, fasting, recipe, calendar, cultural, and similar informational content is provided for personal informational and reference purposes.

Best App Studio does not guarantee that such content represents the interpretation, practice, dietary requirement, or teaching of every religious organization, authority, community, or individual.

Users are responsible for deciding whether particular fasting, dietary, religious, or lifestyle practices are appropriate for their personal circumstances.

Dietary or fasting information should not be treated as medical advice.

11. User-Provided Information

Some Services allow users to enter information such as goals, progress, body measurements, meals, water intake, habits, settings, or other personal information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to enter.

Calculations and results generated by a Service may depend on that information and may be inaccurate if the underlying information is incomplete or inaccurate.

12. Apple Health and HealthKit

Certain Services may integrate with Apple Health through Apple's HealthKit framework.

HealthKit functionality is optional and is controlled by the permissions granted by the user through Apple.

Best App Studio does not control Apple Health, HealthKit, Apple's operating system, or the accuracy or availability of information supplied by Apple or other applications connected to Apple Health.

HealthKit information and permissions are also subject to Apple's applicable terms, policies, and system controls.

Best App Studio's handling of HealthKit-related information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Accounts

Many Best App Studio applications currently do not require a Best App Studio account.

Future Services may offer or require account functionality.

Where accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account to the extent reasonably within your control.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep relevant information reasonably current.

Authentication may be offered through methods including:

• email address and password;
• telephone number;
• Sign in with Apple;
• Google Sign-In;
• other authentication providers.

14. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Services may include paid applications, Premium features, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid digital content.

Where purchases are made through Apple's App Store, payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment, billing, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms, together with applicable consumer law.

Best App Studio does not directly receive or process complete payment-card information for purchases processed by Apple.

The price and duration of a subscription, if applicable, will be displayed before purchase.

Auto-renewing subscriptions may continue until cancelled through the user's applicable App Store account settings, subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Deleting an application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through the applicable platform account where required.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Services may contain links to, integrate with, or rely upon third-party services, including:

• Apple services;
• App Store services;
• Apple Health;
• iCloud and CloudKit;
• authentication providers;
• government websites;
• official DMV resources;
• other external websites or services.

Third-party services are controlled independently from Best App Studio.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Best App Studio is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, products, services, policies, or practices of independent third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Service Availability and Changes

Best App Studio may update, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or Services from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that a Service will be compatible with every device, operating-system version, region, or third-party platform.

Some changes may be necessary because of technical requirements, platform requirements, legal changes, security considerations, or changes to third-party services.

17. Updates

Applications may require updates to continue functioning correctly or to remain compatible with operating systems or third-party services.

Failure to install available application or operating-system updates may affect functionality.

Best App Studio is not responsible for problems caused solely by unsupported devices, outdated operating systems, unauthorized modifications, or incompatible third-party software to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, Best App Studio does not guarantee that:

• a Service will always be available;
• a Service will operate without interruption;
• a Service will be completely error-free;
• all content will always be current or complete;
• all calculations or estimates will be perfectly accurate;
• all defects will be corrected immediately;
• a Service will meet every user's individual requirements;
• use of a Service will produce a particular result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this may include loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of business, interruption, or similar indirect loss where such liability may lawfully be limited or excluded.

Best App Studio is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on educational, informational, health, nutrition, lifestyle, wellness, religious, or other general informational content provided through a Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights or other liability that applicable law requires to remain in effect.

20. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for decisions you make based on information provided through them.

You are responsible for:

• using the Services lawfully;
• providing accurate information where calculations depend on it;
• protecting your device and account credentials;
• reviewing official sources when definitive information is required;
• obtaining professional advice where medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice is appropriate;
• determining whether exercises, diets, fasting practices, or wellness activities are suitable for your individual circumstances.

21. Suspension or Termination

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, Best App Studio may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a Service or account if:

• these Terms are materially violated;
• the Service is used unlawfully or fraudulently;
• security or technical integrity is threatened;
• continued access would expose users or Best App Studio to harm;
• the Service is discontinued.

23. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Best App Studio will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control.

Such circumstances may include widespread network outages, infrastructure failures, actions of platform providers, natural disasters, governmental actions, cyber incidents, power failures, labor disruptions, or similar events beyond reasonable control.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled by a court or other competent authority having lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection, jurisdiction, or dispute-resolution rights that apply to the user.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or, where necessary, treated as severed.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

26. No Waiver

A failure by Best App Studio to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not automatically constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

27. Changes to These Terms

Best App Studio may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• changes to our Services;
• new applications or functionality;
• changes to subscriptions or account functionality;
• technical or platform developments;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• changes to our business.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular Service, constitute the agreement governing use of that Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Specific application or purchase terms may supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and any legally controlling platform or product-specific terms will apply as appropriate.
