The information processed by Best App Studio depends on the Service you use and the features you choose.

1.1 Information You Provide

Depending on the Service, you may voluntarily provide information such as:

• your name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• messages and inquiries;
• application preferences and settings;
• goals;
• information entered into an application;
• information necessary to provide functionality requested by you;
• feedback or communications sent to us.

Providing optional information is voluntary.

Most current Best App Studio applications do not require a Best App Studio account.

If account functionality is introduced in a Service, additional information may be required as described in Section 9.

1.2 Information Generated Through Use of Applications

Depending on the application, information may be generated or stored concerning:

• application settings;
• progress;
• completed activities;
• learning or test results;
• goals;
• achievements;
• favorites;
• history;
• statistics;
• reminder preferences;
• purchase or subscription entitlement status;
• other information required to provide the functionality selected by the user.

1.3 Technical and Diagnostic Information

Best App Studio does not currently use third-party analytics SDKs to track user behavior.

Our applications may, however, receive or use diagnostic and crash information made available through Apple's operating system and developer services, subject to the user's device and Apple privacy settings.

Such information may include application version, operating-system version, device characteristics, crash information, performance information, and technical information necessary to diagnose errors.

We currently do not use third-party crash-reporting services such as Firebase Crashlytics.

2. How We Use Information

Depending on the applicable Service, information may be used to:

• provide and operate the Service;
• provide functionality requested by the user;
• store preferences;
• synchronize eligible application data;
• calculate and display progress, goals, results, and statistics;
• provide personalized application functionality based on information entered by the user;
• process and maintain access to purchased functionality;
• respond to inquiries;
• provide customer support;
• diagnose application crashes or technical problems;
• maintain security;
• prevent abuse or fraud;
• comply with applicable legal requirements;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We do not use personal information for materially unrelated purposes without providing additional disclosure or obtaining consent where required by applicable law.

3. Best App Studio Website

3.1 Contact Us

Our website provides a Contact Us form.

When you submit the form, we may receive:

• your name;
• email address;
• telephone number, if provided;
• selected project type;
• the contents of your message.

This information is sent to Best App Studio's business email address so that we can review and respond to your inquiry.

Contact-form submissions are not separately stored in a Best App Studio website database.

The resulting email correspondence may remain within our business email system.

We retain contact and business correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, legitimate business record-keeping, dispute resolution, protection of legal rights, and applicable legal requirements.

Submitting a Contact Us form does not by itself create a contractual relationship between you and Best App Studio.

3.2 Cookies

The Best App Studio website does not currently use cookies.

In particular, we do not use cookies for behavioral advertising, user profiling, or analytics.

If our use of cookies changes in the future, this Privacy Policy and any legally required consent mechanisms will be updated before such technologies are used where required by applicable law.

3.3 Website Analytics and Advertising Tracking

The Best App Studio website does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking systems such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking technologies.

4. Information Processed by Our Applications

This section describes the principal categories of Best App Studio applications and the information they may process.

This section is intended to be updated as our application portfolio develops.

Not every type of information listed below is processed by every application.

4.1 Educational Applications

Best App Studio develops educational applications, including applications designed to assist users in preparing for knowledge examinations such as DMV examinations.

Depending on functionality, these applications may process or store:

• questions viewed;
• answers submitted;
• correct and incorrect answers;
• test results;
• practice results;
• learning progress;
• performance statistics;
• mistakes and review history;
• selected categories;
• selected language;
• selected state, region, or jurisdiction;
• application preferences;
• achievements;
• purchase or Premium entitlement status.

This information is used to provide learning functionality, calculate progress, identify areas requiring additional practice, and display statistics to the user.

4.2 Diet, Nutrition, Lifestyle and Weight Management Applications

Best App Studio develops and may develop applications for diet, nutrition, lifestyle, calorie tracking, and weight management.

Depending on the functionality selected by the user, these applications may process:

• body weight;
• target weight;
• weight history;
• height;
• age or date of birth where required for calculations;
• sex where required for calculations;
• food and meal information;
• recipes;
• calorie intake;
• dietary goals;
• water intake;
• daily hydration goals;
• physical activity;
• step information;
• active energy information;
• lifestyle goals;
• progress;
• statistics;
• favorites;
• application settings;
• other information voluntarily entered by the user to use the application's functionality.

Applications may use information supplied by the user to calculate estimated calorie, nutrition, hydration, weight-management, or other lifestyle values.

Where an application supports Apple Health integration, the additional provisions in Section 5 apply.

4.3 Water Tracking Applications

Water-tracking applications may process:

• amounts of water recorded by the user;
• daily hydration goals;
• dates and times of entries;
• hydration history;
• progress;
• statistics;
• reminder preferences;
• related application settings.

Where supported and authorized by the user, an application may read and/or write eligible hydration information through Apple Health.

4.4 Smoking Cessation and Habit-Tracking Applications

Best App Studio may provide applications designed to assist users with smoking cessation or other personal habits.

Depending on functionality, these applications may process information voluntarily entered by the user, including:

• quit date;
• smoking frequency;
• number of cigarettes or similar usage information;
• previous usage information;
• goals;
• progress;
• time elapsed since quitting;
• estimated money saved;
• achievements;
• personal tracking entries;
• reminder preferences;
• application settings.

This information is used to provide tracking, motivational, progress, and self-help functionality.

4.5 Face Fitness and General Wellness Applications

Best App Studio develops applications that provide face-fitness exercises, self-massage routines, general wellness exercises, instructional content, progress tracking, and related functionality.

Depending on functionality, these applications may process:

• selected exercises or routines;
• completion history;
• progress;
• goals;
• schedules;
• reminder preferences;
• favorites;
• application settings.

Camera Use

Certain face-fitness functionality may use the device's front-facing camera as a live mirror so that the user can observe themselves while performing exercises or self-massage.

For this functionality:

• camera access is requested only after the appropriate system permission;
• the live camera image is used as a mirror;
• Best App Studio does not record video;
• Best App Studio does not take or store photographs through this feature;
• camera images are not uploaded to Best App Studio servers;
• the camera is not used for facial recognition;
• the camera is not used for biometric identification;
• microphone access is not required or requested for this functionality.

4.6 Religious, Fasting, Recipe and Informational Applications

Best App Studio develops applications containing religious, fasting, recipe, cultural, lifestyle, and informational content.

Such applications may include prayers, fasting-related information, recipes, calendars, schedules, favorites, and similar functionality.

Best App Studio does not infer, create a profile of, or attempt to determine a user's religious beliefs merely because the user installs or uses such an application or views particular religious content.

Where necessary for functionality, an application may store settings, favorites, progress, or content preferences.

4.7 Other and Future Applications

Best App Studio may develop additional applications and Services in the future, including applications in categories not specifically described above.

The information processed by a future application will depend on its functionality.

If a future Service requires materially different categories of personal information, sensitive information, system permissions, or third-party data processing, Best App Studio will update the relevant privacy disclosures and obtain permissions or consent where required before such processing begins.

This Section 4 may therefore be updated as our application portfolio and functionality evolve.

5. Apple Health and HealthKit

Certain Best App Studio nutrition, diet, weight-management, hydration, lifestyle, fitness, or wellness applications may integrate with the Apple Health application through Apple's HealthKit framework.

Use of Apple Health integration is optional.

Access to HealthKit data requires authorization through Apple's system permission mechanisms.

A user may grant or deny permissions for specific HealthKit data types and may subsequently change those permissions through Apple Health or applicable device settings.

5.1 HealthKit Data Types

Depending on the functionality of a particular application, Best App Studio applications may request permission to read and/or write specific HealthKit data types.

Our planned health and lifestyle functionality may include:

Read and Write

• Body Weight;
• Dietary Energy Consumed;
• Dietary Water / Water Intake.

Read

• Step Count;
• Active Energy Burned.

Additional HealthKit data types will not be accessed merely because HealthKit integration is enabled.

If a future feature requires additional HealthKit data types, the relevant permissions and privacy disclosures will be reviewed and updated as necessary.

5.2 How HealthKit Information Is Used

HealthKit information is used only to provide health, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, hydration, weight-management, or wellness functionality requested by the user.

Best App Studio does not use HealthKit information for:

• advertising;
• targeted advertising;
• marketing;
• advertising profiling;
• advertising measurement;
• data mining for advertising or marketing purposes.

Best App Studio does not sell HealthKit information to advertisers, advertising networks, data brokers, information resellers, or similar parties.

HealthKit information is not transmitted to or stored on Best App Studio's own servers under our current application architecture.

We do not intentionally write false or knowingly inaccurate health information to HealthKit.

HealthKit access is subject to Apple's permissions, platform requirements, and privacy controls.

6. Local Storage, iCloud and CloudKit

Best App Studio applications may store application information locally on the user's device.

Where supported by a particular application, eligible application information may also be synchronized between the user's devices using Apple's iCloud or CloudKit services.

Such information may include:

• application settings;
• goals;
• progress;
• favorites;
• recipes or meal-related application information;
• history;
• application preferences;
• account-related application information where accounts are supported;
• other eligible application information required for synchronization.

Under our current architecture, Best App Studio does not operate its own servers for storing users' in-app data.

HealthKit health information is treated separately and is not intentionally duplicated into iCloud/CloudKit by Best App Studio as a separate health-data database.

Use of iCloud and CloudKit is also subject to the user's Apple account, device settings, and Apple's applicable privacy practices.

7. Notifications

Certain Best App Studio applications may provide reminders, including reminders concerning:

• water intake;
• activities or exercises;
• progress tracking;
• weight entries;
• lifestyle goals;
• smoking-cessation goals;
• other user-selected activities.

Under our current architecture, these reminders are implemented as local notifications generated on the user's device.

Best App Studio does not currently use server-based push notifications for these reminders.

Users can control notification permissions through their device settings.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Best App Studio applications may offer paid applications, in-app purchases, subscriptions, Premium functionality, or other paid digital features.

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Best App Studio does not directly receive or process the user's complete payment-card information.

We may process information necessary to determine:

• whether a purchase has been made;
• subscription status;
• Premium entitlement;
• product purchased;
• renewal or expiration status;
• other transaction-related information necessary to provide purchased functionality.

Apple independently processes payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.

9. Accounts and Authentication

Most current Best App Studio applications do not require users to create a Best App Studio account.

Future Services may introduce optional or required account functionality.

Where account functionality is offered, available authentication methods may include:

• email address and password;
• telephone number;
• Sign in with Apple;
• Google Sign-In;
• other authentication methods disclosed by the applicable Service.

Depending on the method selected, Best App Studio may receive information necessary to create and maintain the account, such as:

• account identifier;
• name, where provided;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• authentication-related information;
• information made available by the selected authentication provider according to the user's permissions.

Best App Studio will not request more information from a third-party authentication provider than reasonably necessary for the applicable authentication or account functionality.

Third-party authentication providers independently process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

If account functionality is introduced, users will be provided with applicable controls for managing their account.

10. Analytics and Advertising

Best App Studio applications do not currently use third-party behavioral analytics systems such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

Best App Studio applications do not currently integrate third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob, for behavioral or targeted advertising.

We do not currently sell user information for advertising purposes.

If advertising or third-party analytics are introduced in a future Service, the applicable privacy disclosures will be updated before their use where required.

HealthKit information will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes.

11. Third-Party APIs and Services

Under our current architecture, Best App Studio does not transmit users' personal information to third-party APIs merely for unrelated third-party purposes.

A Service may communicate with third-party platforms where necessary for functionality expressly selected by the user, such as Apple services, authentication providers, payment services, or external websites.

If a future feature requires transmission of personal information to another provider, the relevant privacy practices will be reviewed and disclosures or permissions will be provided where required.

12. Location Information

Current Best App Studio applications do not require or request access to the user's precise GPS location.

Best App Studio does not currently collect precise location information through its applications.

If a future feature requires location information, the relevant application will request the appropriate system permission and the privacy disclosures will be updated where required before the feature is introduced.

13. Device Permissions

Except where required for specifically disclosed functionality, current Best App Studio applications do not request access to:

• Contacts;
• Calendar;
• microphone;
• user files;
• precise GPS location.

Face Fitness functionality may request access to the front-facing camera solely for the live-mirror functionality described in Section 4.5.

Health and lifestyle applications may request access to HealthKit as described in Section 5.

Notifications may require notification permission from the operating system.

Permissions can generally be changed through the user's device settings.

14. Data Sharing

Best App Studio does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We may disclose limited information where necessary in the following circumstances.

Service Providers

Where necessary to operate a particular Service, we may use service providers performing technical or business functions on our behalf.

Such providers should receive only information reasonably necessary to perform the relevant function and are subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Platform Providers

Apple and other platform providers may independently process information when providing services such as:

• App Store distribution;
• In-App Purchases;
• Apple Health;
• iCloud;
• CloudKit;
• authentication;
• crash diagnostics;
• operating-system functionality.

Their independent processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or lawful governmental request.

Protection of Rights and Security

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, protect users or our Services, enforce legal rights, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business Transactions

If Best App Studio or its business or assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

15. Data Retention

Best App Studio retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was processed and as permitted or required by applicable law.

Relevant considerations may include:

• providing the applicable Service;
• maintaining requested functionality;
• responding to communications;
• legitimate business record-keeping;
• security;
• fraud prevention;
• legal obligations;
• dispute resolution;
• establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Information stored locally on a device may generally be removed by deleting the applicable information within the application, using a Reset/Delete Data function where available, or deleting the application.

Where application data is synchronized using iCloud/CloudKit, applications may provide functionality to remove applicable synchronized data.

Health information stored in Apple Health is controlled through Apple Health and Apple's applicable controls. Information written to Apple Health by an application may also be managed or deleted using Apple's available Health controls.

Contact and business correspondence is retained as described in Section 3.1.

16. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by Best App Studio.

These may include the right to:

• request access to personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• request a copy or export of applicable personal information;
• request account deletion where accounts are supported;
• lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to legal limitations, exemptions, and identity-verification requirements.

Where technically and legally applicable, Best App Studio will provide a copy or export of personal information upon a valid request. We do not guarantee a particular export file format unless required by applicable law or specified by the applicable Service.

Users may separately manage device permissions through the operating system, including HealthKit, camera, and notification permissions.

17. Account Deletion

If a future Best App Studio application allows users to create an account, users will be provided with a method to request or initiate deletion of that account and associated personal information in accordance with applicable platform requirements and law.

Where required by Apple's applicable rules, account deletion functionality will be accessible from within the application.

Deletion may not require immediate removal of information that Best App Studio is legally required or lawfully permitted to retain, including certain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records.

Any retained information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

18. Children's Privacy

Best App Studio Services are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

Best App Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

Individual applications may have higher age ratings or additional age restrictions depending on their content, functionality, jurisdiction, or platform requirements.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in circumstances where legally required parental or guardian consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information as required by applicable law.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has improperly provided personal information may contact us using the information below.

19. Health, Wellness and Medical Information

Best App Studio applications relating to nutrition, weight management, hydration, smoking cessation, face fitness, lifestyle, fitness, or wellness are generally designed for informational, lifestyle, self-help, educational, and general wellness purposes .

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, they:

• are not medical devices;
• do not provide medical diagnoses;
• do not provide medical treatment;
• are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease;
• are not substitutes for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Users should seek appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.

Additional health and liability provisions may be contained in the applicable Terms of Use.

20. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

We also seek to minimize the personal information processed by Best App Studio by using local device storage and platform services where appropriate instead of unnecessarily transmitting information to Best App Studio servers.

However, no electronic transmission, software system, storage technology, network, cloud service, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, Best App Studio cannot guarantee absolute security.

21. International Users and Data Transfers

Best App Studio Services may be available internationally.

Depending on the Service, the user's location, Apple services, authentication provider, email provider, or other infrastructure involved, information may be processed in countries other than the country in which the user resides.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate measures will be used in connection with international transfers of personal information.

Privacy and data-protection laws differ between jurisdictions.

22. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to websites, government resources, app stores, information providers, or other services operated by third parties.

Examples may include official DMV resources, government websites, Apple services, or other informational resources.

Best App Studio does not control independent third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Use of a third-party website or service is subject to that third party's applicable terms and privacy policy.

We encourage users to review those policies before providing personal information to third parties.

23. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• new applications;
• new application categories;
• changes to existing functionality;
• new platform functionality;
• changes to authentication options;
• new data-processing practices;
• changes to service providers;
• technological developments;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• changes to our business.

The date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, Best App Studio will provide such notice or request consent as required.

The modular application descriptions in Section 4 may be updated as Best App Studio introduces new types of applications or materially changes existing application functionality.
